ABOUT THE ARTIST
I am a native Kansas Citian living and working in the ever changing and growing downtown Crossroads district.
I focus the majority of my photography on local visual experiences throughout Downtown, West Bottoms, KCK, Plaza, 39th Street, Westport and other locations.
In addition to local Kansas City photography, I enjoy traveling to both fun and mysterious places that provide a sense of culture, history and visual beauty. Each trip brings new adventure and an opportunity to capture unique moments that occur throughout the journey. Look at "Upcoming Shoots" to see what new adventures are planned.
I never studied photography as a profession and never planned on being an "artist". I enjoy photography as a visual experience that reminds me of my place in the world, a memory of a time passed or a social reality.
I always have to thank my friends and family for putting up with me when I insits on stopping every 5 minutes to capture something that has caught my eye.
